International Shipping Policies

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Drop-ship items and expedited shipping is not available for International orders.
Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. DHL and cell-division-shop are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. cell-division-shop cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We do try to minimize these charges by listing the ‘wholesale’ cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. Canadian Customers :

Please allow 5-10 days to reach its destination.
Canadian customs sets taxes, duties and brokerage fees on commercial goods shipped to The Great White North. These fees will be determined at the border. Cell-division-shop cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your gear is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin (think NAFTA). Goods that are totally made in the USA will be duty free! But, still subject to GST/PST.
Our DHL shipping fee includes and pays for the brokerage fee. Returns & Exchanges

You man return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as it is in it's original condition.
You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit.
No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit
Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.
Gift Certificates are not refundable.
There will be a 20% Restock fee for items returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged.
There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without either the original receipt or an RA number.

Price Adjustment Policy

cell-division-shop offers a one time price adjustment for orders which have been returned within 14 days of their purchase date.

Shoe Return Policy

We accept returns for shoes 14 days from the date of receipt only if there is a defect in the shoe, or if they are unworn. Any shoe that has wear on it without a defect can NOT be returned. All returns must come with the original shoe box. There will be a 20% fee for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged.

Bikini & Underwear Policy

Cell-division-shop does not accept returns of bikinis or underwear.

Toy Return Policy

We do not accept Toy returns for non-defective merchandise. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different Toy item. If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. You must contact us within TEN (10) DAYS from the date of purchase.
Information Collection & Use
Orders
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Cell-division-shop and our subsidiaries are the sole owner of the information collected on cell-division-shop.com.

Surveys or Contests

Cell-division-shop often provides you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code).
We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes and to send participants our HTML email newsletter.
We sometimes run contests in conjunction with other websites or services. When we do so, any information you provide as a result of entering the contest or survey may also be provided to the affiliate but such practices will always be clearly marked at the point of entry.

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s email address. Your friend will also be subscribed to our weekly HTML email newsletter. If you have created a Username and Password to the site or if you have signed up to receive our Email Newsletter updates we may use your purchase history to personalize special offers and promotions. In order to process your Credit Card orders, we use Verisign, a third party service, to validate & verify your account information. All billing and account info is transmitted via https which is a secure encrypted protocol system.

Log Files
